Our handy tips for how to make sure you arrive prepared to relax!

Our check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  If you are going to arrive late in the evening, please let us know in advance.  We offer a self-check-in process.  Please ensure you have received your arrival day email, in the week leading up to your arrival date, detailing how to find your cabin (if you have booked with us using a Hotmail account, it is likely our emails may be going into your spam folder).

We have two car park areas, one in the farmyard and one a little further round, down a closer to the glamping area.  As part of our mission to keep the site nature focussed, we do not allow cars on the glamping site (unless they are required for disabled access).

We provide wheelbarrows for moving your belongings to and from the cabins (we find this can be a source of entertainment on arrival)!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our most commonly asked questions are answered below.  If there is something we haven't covered, please do contact us.

Check in is from 16:00. The key for your cabin will be in the cabin door.  Please double check you have received your arrival day email containing directions to your cabin.

Check out is at 10:00. Please just leave your key in the cabin door when you leave.  If you would like to stay on site after 10:00, you are welcome to do so as long as all of your belongings are removed from you cabin so we can prepare for the next arrivals.

Yes, of course.  Dogs are welcome at Little Seed Field.  Please just make sure they are kept under control on site and are never left in the cabins unattended.

Yes, all our cabins are supplied with lighting and electricity.  The power is on a low AMP fuse, like in a caravan, so there is enough power to charge phones and boil the kettle but not enough to power an electric heater, for example (the power will trip off).

We do not have any hot tubs on site.  They just do not fit with our sustainability ethos and we believe there is so much more to enjoy on site without the need for jets, chemicals and bubbles!

We provide everything we think you will need to enjoy your stay with us.  Each cabin has outside chairs and table as well as some additional seating.  Each cabin also has a kettle and basic cutlery and crockery.

We only provide towels in the ensuite cabins.  If you have booked a stay in a standard cabin (Yorkshire Fog, Foxtail or Woodland Clearing) then you will need to provide your own towels.

We would suggest that you bring a torch, food and drink, some footwear for inside the cabin, some footwear for exploring the site and towels if you are staying in a standard cabin.  You may like to bring a football, frisbee and any other outside games!

To protect the natural surroundings and wildlife on our site and keep the site as safe as possible for children, we do not allow vehicles to drive to the cabins.  The car park is on a level access and we provide wheelbarrows to assist you in transporting your belongings from car park to cabin.

We do allow disabled vehicles to park closer to Field Mouse cabin, this can be arranged prior to your arrival.
